I have an original PS4 model. The standard antenna somehow failed and I ordered this replacement. One of the mounting holes on the replacement antenna was cut slightly from one of the small pegs in the plastic it was supposed to fit into. I had to bend the metal a bit to attach it to the plastic. Luckily I was able to leave the solder joint connecting the two solder points intact and installed correctly despite the poor fit. Once installed, I can finally move more than 5 feet from my PS4 without disconnecting the controllers and with no input lag. It was a bit of a stressful setup, but at least it works.
