Great customer service, knowledge base

The project manager is very responsive. He's always available to answer questions and give direction. The team at NetMatter is very knowledgeable and very responsive. The project manager is always available to answer questions and give direction. They are very responsive and are willing to go above and beyond for us. It's a great team.
I have not had any problems with this project manager or the team. We're working with NetMatter on an eCommerce website that is currently live. We're currently working on the SEO aspects of the website.

Pros

Their ability to make changes quickly, their knowledge base about search engine optimization (SEO), how they keep in touch via phone calls/emails etc., quick turnaround time when we need something done ASAP all good! :)
