I love the blue light blocking design of these glasses. They are comfortable to wear; They don't hug your cheeks, pinch or stuff your head. I read something about "ballet hands". and I think they are the key to making them so comfortable. When I bought these Sojos I also bought 2 similar versions of other brand blue light goggles and these Sojos were much better. I've been using them for a month now and have noticeably less eye strain when working on a small business computer/phone. They are also stylish and have the right shape - I chose an olive green color which I really like. The only thing (and I think this applies to all blue light blocking glasses) is that if you put them on during a video call, you'll see a blue flare in your video. It won't affect your ability to see people talking, but it will make your picture look a little odd. but it doesn't really matter.
