Causes stains. It's difficult to use. The advice is strange. It has a plastic cap that guides the eyeliner and breaks the eyeliner. I wouldn't buy it again. waste of money. UPDATE: Still the worst pencil I've ever used. The tips came off and I didn't realize it fell onto my carpet. Now I have a spot that reminds me how bad it is. I wanted to get my money's worth and kept using it, but today I finally threw the two I bought in the trash.
