great for sandwiches, wraps
These are great when I want a sandwich or wrap for work. My husband works weekends and I often make him a pie and cheese sandwich for lunch and they go well with a sandwich and fries and sometimes a cup of applesauce or fruit when he's eating at the table. I also use them when making homemade chicken strips in the fryer. They keep some of the dough and flour on the counter and make cleanup easier. They are not advertised as a baking tray size.
