Update: There is a tear. The shoulder strap fell apart. I noticed a day after they canceled the exchange or return. The old post is zero problems. Continuous. The back is soft. With weather protection. Shoulder strap could be longer. If I had a flat chest I would be fine. Two or three weeks of bullying and no tears, no tears. Although the side pocket with velcro keeps opening. That's all. And the color came out a little more green-turquoise than the blue on the screen. So far this has been a very sturdy little full sized work bag. Not too big and not too small. And the padded back helps. The lack of a water bottle holder sucks, but oh well.
