Noisy and difficult to assemble fan blades

We bought this fan to place over our bed. It works 24/7/365. We had two Hunter ceiling fans (along with the original that came with the house 21 years ago). Both should have quiet engines. Over time, both fan bearings failed and were replaced. After the second bearing swap and repeated grinding/clicking, I decided to buy Craftmade based on the reviews. My husband started the installation on Saturday (note: we probably have 10 fans installed in the house). Shortly after the installation started, the swearing started. Attempting to screw the blades to the base was nearly impossible due to the design/spacing. I had to approach the screws at an angle with a screwdriver, but the screws just wanted to go in. Installation continued the next day (had to take a break). When everything was ready, we turned on the fan. We could hear the engine from the start. It looked like our neighbor (two doors down) was mowing the lawn. But I (loving design) decided this is "white noise" and you can live with it. Yesterday evening (Tuesday) the grinding started. Not sure if it was bearing (it sounded like it) or rubbing something else. I had no intention of going through that again. I paid too much money for the fan. we return
