Review on GIJUANRING Photography Dimmable Bi Color Recording by Brian Cruz

Excellent light, generally good quality except for one detail

Excellent light overall! The light itself is of very good quality, and the dimming and tint controls are slick and easy to use (they're dials, not knobs). The tripod is well made and strong enough to hold the light. It also comes with a flexible piece that can be attached between the tripod and the light for more placement options, or you can attach the light directly to the tripod in three different positions (straight down or 90 degrees forward or backward). ). The weak point in all of this is the adjustment of the light block itself, which locks it in place (the 'pivoting' link that lets you change the angle of the light wand). It's very flimsy and flimsy and looks like it's about to break when tightened. The flashlight itself is quite heavy (and long) and part of it is plastic and doesn't seem to snap, requiring you to use an inordinate amount of force to tighten it to keep the flashlight in place. Even then, it looks like it's going to break, and if it does, it becomes unusable. I'm surprised they didn't use a higher quality part considering everything else seems to be more durable. This is particularly problematic when bright light is to be aimed directly at the subject, as this part cannot support the weight of the light. I advise you to remove this small protective plastic cap from the end of the flexible mount. Otherwise nothing. For now it works and it's a good light. I'm just not sure how long it will take.
