ICT Harvesting, NOT! - Transmission and Transmission

I do not think I received a product from ICT blanks. The item received was double boxed with a blank label over the ICT label. The bags looked like they had been resealed with a Bic lighter. The machine work looked like it was being done by a third grader being tutored by a fifth grader twice locked in kindergarten. very proud of the workmanship. This POS had an attempt to install, everything is messed up because it is NOT BURNING!
