Revised Message: After I submitted my initial review, the company contacted me to replace the product free of charge. It was wonderful and gratifying to see companies do the right thing with their customers. I will update you if the new device is still working after 3 months. I think it is right to test this product again. Original post: After only 3 months the device clicks and makes noise when plugged in. I don't feel safe using this product. This is a waste of money for a defective product.
