I liked the ability to hold the Kindle upright for reading. I no longer use my case because it makes the Kindle too heavy. I've tried many other items/holders that help me read more comfortably, but this one seems to help the most. I'm in my 70s and can't keep my Kindle upright for long. This strap allows me to rest my hand on the armrest of my chair, and since I don't have to hold my Kindle with the strap, reading is less tiring.
