Review on πŸ” Oculus Quest 2 PU Leather Interface Foam Cover Set (2 Sizes) with TPU Support Bracket and Lens Cover by Chakravarthi Ladner

It seems better than stock to me, and sweat doesn't absorb into the skin.

Pros:1. Sweat washes out easily, snaps on in a snap, and the included eye cover is functional. I find that with my FrankenQuest adapters it holds things in place better than standard foam. It bounces off my face less and doesn't require as much effort.2. It seems to work better at keeping my face cool than just standard foam silicone covers. Cons: 1. There's still some light on the sides, but that's not a bad thing unless you're in a very bright room and might only notice it in dark scenes. I have seen other adapters including side airbags to solve this problem.2. The nose piece doesn't stay in place well, and if it does, it presses hard and leaves an imprint on my nose. It's still rubber so it doesn't hurt, but there has to be a better solution. Maybe cut it lower or make it a little more flexible. If you remove it, there will be a lot of open space in your bottom view. Overall, I recommend it over the standard foam silicone case, but it has a lot of downsides, so I'm pretty sure it's not the best option for a new bezel.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unreliable

Great but the nose light blocking thing is a little hard to get on, but it's a great kit.
