The shoes were sold as new, they were only in a box with some tissues and no packaging. I tried to talk to someone but it's impossible. So I spent 299.00+ on a pair of beautiful, mistreated shoes to go to a wedding. Shoes are not in new condition and now need to go. The shoemaker needs to be repaired and polished. Here is free shipping. My opinion doesn't mean anything, but maybe next time I'll buy somewhere else.
