I have never used this product but have recently improved my facial; When I found this video I decided to add it as a final step and it feels great. I have rose quartz and it seems cool even at room temperature. I kept it in the fridge as suggested but I don't think it's needed. Cooling helps with swelling. Great company that cares about their products and customer satisfaction!
