The average for powder is

I usually use Cellucor but I decided to mix what I used before my workout. I was able to buy this stuff on sale. The taste is normal, nothing strong or too sweet. I actually wish the flavor was a little stronger, I end up using less water and a little more because it tastes really good. As for the energy and pump I get, I'd say it's about average. My body got used to it pretty quickly and I felt the effects wear off within a couple of weeks. I probably wouldn't buy it again, there are definitely better products out there.
