*updated 11/12/2020 Customer service replied to me after seeing my 3 star rating and the review I left below. They sent me a brand new pair quickly (totally free shipping too) and I'm happy with the product. No broken buds. I hope it stays that way! So far they seem to be working fine! I will update the rating for the product and prompt customer service to 5 stars. They seem to work as described. The sound is clear and people can hear me. I was so excited to use them but I noticed my right kidney was ruptured (see photo). I had to use them as soon as I got them (for my remote work) so I'm not sure I'll get them back.
