I had high hopes that this was a Creative Labs product, but you have to install 2 separate applications and create 2 separate accounts just to connect it to your computer. Once connected, you cannot turn off your computer or it will no longer connect without uninstalling drivers and devices. The apps themselves are horribly built and barely work. I have the Beyerbynamic DT 990 Pro headphones listed in the Supported Headphones section, but the GC7 was unable to fully turn them on. I've never managed to get rid of the awful buzz (and let me tell you, I'm no expert), but for something listed as 'plug and play' you don't have to be. There is no guide/manual and the website doesn't help either, you basically install yourself. With that in mind I may have done something wrong but it still couldn't power my DT 990s like the K-5 Pro, and maybe it would have worked with better support. However, you will still end up with apps that are half finished and not working. I ended up sending it back and from my own experience I didn't consider anything from Creative Labs when exchanging it. Hopefully they can figure it all out because the build quality was exceptional and the concept is on track. Well if only they could, like their description/site status...
