Made from steel on my review.

I was concerned that it was chrome plated plastic. What I got was all metal. Very happy with the product. The part that you hold screws together, would be better if it were riveted together. Still very happy with the product.

Pros

The toy's durable construction means it can withstand drops or bumps without breaking or becoming damaged

Cons

The spinner may be too loud or disruptive in quiet environments, such as libraries or museums
