I like how easy it is for us as employees to use in our everyday work lives! It's very well designed so we can get right into using without having too many issues at first glance or getting confused by design elements/ features.- The ability (when you do find them) customer service reps tend not respond quickly enough when they have questions about something specific which could be helpful sometimes- When there seems no option but waiting until someone gets back from vacation etc., this platform really helped keep me productive during those times since being able to send emails while away was much easier than doing all my emailing through other means before then would've been extremely time consuming.- This makes sending out important information quicker between departments within companies more efficient because if one department sends over some info via mail when their co worker has already sent theirs around- As mentioned above though; lack response rate once support rep does take note after initial inquiry.
