There are so many electric blankets at Revain that I will never buy them again and wouldn't advise anyone to make the same mistake. I've had this blanket for about 11 months, sometimes I've used it for about two months. Suddenly it stopped working, although the ceiling was not damaged. I asked the seller for help about the advertised five year warranty but they didn't help. At first they ignored my emails and just told me how to fix the problem. After three emails I finally asked them to stop and read what I was saying and they wanted me to send photos and send the quilt back. The hassle and hassle I've had with the falsely advertised five-year warranty is unfortunate. I have already bought another blanket and wouldn't be so upset if they didn't advertise a 5 year guarantee. I have no idea how to return this item to them without having to do so with a faulty product. It was very warm when it worked, but clearly poorly made. And the sellers are not interested in redeeming the guarantee. Simply bad. waste of money. Waste of time trying to get help.
