HTV looked weird after I ironed it

I don't know why the vinyl/HTV looked like this when I ironed it. I followed the instructions but it looked weird. I made a Disney on Ice shirt for my daughter this weekend. Weeding was easy. Cutting was ok because I always set my cricut to "cardboard" when cutting so it really cuts (especially when using HTV glitter).
