Great tome, great customer service!

************UPDATE******************** Shortly after my review, Cheson contacted me after I mentioned the problem with trying on an accessory regarding her folio. To be honest I have never experienced such outstanding customer service where they not only listened to my concerns but also took my suggestions to heart and discussed them with their design teams. The conversations were surprisingly honest, and they showed a sincere desire not only to allay my concerns, but also to discuss their thoughts for the future on how such things should be maintained in their structure and design. They really made me feel great about how polite and sincere they were. They wanted to actively understand my thoughts and concerns, and even more so when they offered to fix what is already a great folio for your Pro 7. Great, great customer service! Thank you for caring about your customers Chesona! 5 stars in my book ____________________________________________________________ Overall, this magnetic keyboard tome was exactly what I was looking for. It protects my Pro 7, connects in seconds and never disconnects. However, it's not perfect, and there are a few things that unfortunately make it impossible for me to give it only 3 stars. I like the tome/case, but there is a serious flaw in the design. The case was designed for the Pro 7, but I also use a docking station that was also designed specifically for the Pro 7. The docking station does not fit in a tablet case. The only way to get the docking station so I could use my USB accessories with my Surface was to leave the Surface's upper right quad unlocked with the folio. This defeats the purpose in my opinion. The only other issue I have with the magnetic keyboard is that it "feels" a bit cheap and the keys sometimes miss a letter or two even when typing. I would not recommend it to anyone who is a typist by trade. I guess you need to correct some typos.
