Purchased on June 24, came out as a Samsung b-die. Unfortunately, the module does not work stably in a Ryzen system even at 1.5V on the C7H board. One of the colored patches on the heatspreader also has a persistent bluish tint (white turns blue, yellow turns green, etc.). . In the end I decided to just return the kit.
