Customer service needs update
I love the watch until after 3 months of wearing it stopped working. The display no longer works. I sent the watch back for an exchange and 2 weeks later I still don't have the watch. It would be better if Fitbit sent a replacement watch and it went in the mail. I am considering whether I will ever buy another Fitbit watch.
