Easy to use but misses a bit when swiping and the sponge detaches from the head where it connects (essentially torn in half (like butterfly wings) so I can't squeeze it unless , I do it by hand In the depressed position , the roller goes into the sponge where it broke so half the sponge just hangs there and doesn't push out (see photo) and now I can't even get spare sponges who said back in february they should be back soon in stock at revain they are still out of stock which makes me wonder if they are out of stock because so many people need replacements for that reason hopefully this was one one off thing.maybe i just got a broken sponge i hope when this happened i only used plain water a few times so i went back to my old mop which came after mopping en leaves a puddle on the floor because i was so disgusted by this one i will try a second sponge co toraya went with her and if it happens again i will be unhappy. When you spend that much on a mop it must last a lot longer than a couple of mops as I've never had that, even with a cheap mop!
