Top is true to size, bottom is a bit small
Bought this product for my 2.5 year old who is about 29lbs. Regular small child size. the top seems to be true to size but the bottoms look really small especially to fit over a water pull-up. Haven't tried it on her yet.
- Arms were a little long, liked that it looked Hawaiian.
- May not be comfortable for extended periods
