Several boxes of my product were crooked. One side was sewn slightly higher than the other. It's still usable, but noticeable. I didn't like the hooks to hang the item over the door. They barely fit in, and if you run into the shelves, they can come loose and everything falls apart. They also didn't work on several of my doors because the gap at the top wasn't wide enough to close the door with the hooks. Shelves don't hold anything too heavy. It's like hanging shelves in a closet with a thin cardboard bottom. If you put too many heavy things in it, it will sag. The plastic window is only on the front. So if you're on the side of the boxes, you still can't see what's inside unless you step forward. I was hoping for more from this product.
