This is a great bag! My commute to and from work involves a mile walk as well as public transit, so the versatility of going from backpack mode to crossbody is ideal. A zip pocket on the back (opens behind the back if you're wearing it as a backpack) is great for that extra sense of security, and there are a few small pockets inside. It's big enough for a 13" MacBook, a compact umbrella, dishes/lunch, a wallet and a few extras, but it's small enough that I don't feel like a Sherpa.
