Inability to work in the first 3 months.

Shortly after this review I received an email saying it had an 18 month warranty which was nice. But after asking at least 6-8 times for instructions on how to actually get a replacement, I received NO response from the company. Owner for 3 months and the product is not working. Won't turn on most of the time and won't stay on even if I can get it to turn on. I'm hoping the company will offer a replacement update starting 08/26/19. Still waiting to hear how to get a replacement!
