It is NOT soft and silent! False advertising!
I'm very annoyed. I received two of these - opened, cut and made the bed, and they are NOT soft and quiet as stated on the front of the box! They're loud and plastic, like they're made out of parachute material. So disappointed and so annoyed because I don't feel like taking the bed apart and getting it back. Save yourself the heartache and order something else!
