I didn’t like the support it offered, because it didn’t really hold the girls up well. Some of that is because adhesive itself isn’t very strong, though. That said, it held up better than other adhesive bras have in the past.I don’t recommend if you live in a warm climate or if there is high humidity, because I live in south Florida and it del off from the heat within a short period of time after applying. Probably will return it myself, unfortunately.
