Review on Sharpty by Michael Vargas

As a seasoned internet shopper, I had high hopes for Sharpty's web store, but I was sorely disappointed. The cheaply constructed and fragile cooking utensils I received were nothing like the high quality items showcased on the internet. I tried to get in touch with customer support several times, but they were unprofessional and indifferent, and they ultimately refused to replace the broken item or issue a refund. Sharpty's lack of responsibility and indifference to customer satisfaction was a huge letdown for me as someone who places a premium on quality and dependability. My suggestion is that you look elsewhere for your kitchen and home furnishings.
