Chic hat. Comfortable and warm. Looks great with any outfit. There is a plastic smell when you open it, but it goes away quickly. Definitely recommended. Some complain about the quality. I think this may differ from model to model. I bought two first and liked them so much I bought two more. Also, some people say they are skinny and not warm. The coldest temperature I've worn them in was around 12 degrees Fahrenheit and I felt they were still quite warm. This hat is very big. However, I think it should fit all heads. He has a good stretch. I have yet to see if it collapses and turns into a massive head sack, but that goes for any stretchy hat. I have a big head and most of the hat hangs down from the back of my head even when it covers my forehead. This is not a hat for extreme weather or winter sports. If you need a hat for skiing or snowboarding or anything with high winds I would consider something else. While this hat fits and holds up well on my head, it is a bit loose and loose. I wouldn't do flips with him. To update. I have bought many of these. I love the colors they add. There are only two designs, but both look great. My old ones are in good condition. Will likely continue to buy as they add new colors.
