Doesn't fit F150 2006, Not OEM Fit

I had to glue for sticking, either the product isn't the same, or false advertising, but the clips don't fit the shifter, it just doesn't fit, I had to glue it on and sand off the old clamps to make it work. It looks like it's made out of strong metal, but it's cheap plastic. I wouldn't pay $15 for it if I knew it was cheap plastic.
