Obviously the lowest quality I've ever gotten my hands on and I've bought 99c tools from Port Charters and eBay. The grinding wheel is warped out of the box, the shaft stays off center, has about a quarter inch gap left and right, nothing keeps the wheel properly centered and straight on the shaft, it just sits there. It's impossible to spin anything without blocking everything. Just spend your extra money on a famous brand
