UPDATE: First rating of the first machine was 2 stars. I've just upgraded to 1 star because my husband got a new replacement unit, but it's definitely not new out of the box. It had obviously been returned earlier. There is no extra battery or screwdriver. The display on the panel is so blinking that my engineer husband is very afraid it will fail and there is a deep nick on the bottom of the unit where someone either pinched the handle or pulled and scratched it. My husband is totally disappointed. He immediately noticed that he didn't like the upside-down side of the device because it made it difficult to read the countdown timer. He said it was poor quality control from start to finish, especially since the first unit arrived broken. He tried the massage the device offers but said the airbags had almost no pressure and it wasn't like the original Miko. He believes that this is an inferior product and defective. It feels betrayed by the lack of quality and testing, the missing parts and the deep notch at the bottom of the case. Items sold as new must be new. It is not recommended for these reasons. We sent it back and requested a refund. First tip: Buyers beware of all the happy talk in reviews. We are definitely dissatisfied and I am very suspicious of all these rave reviews. We didn't have the great experience everyone is describing, that's for sure. The block arrived broken. The handle is stuck and won't move on one side so my husband can't use it. He had to collect everything again and bring it back to Kolya. It's a big, heavy, uncomfortable box and I can't carry it alone, so we both have to take the time to go to the store during the pandemic to return a new, broken, useless massager. I really hope that the replacement device works. Once the replacement unit arrives I will update my review. Most likely it will be at least another two weeks.
