My face is always sweaty. I have craniofacial hyperhidrosis. I tried botox (didn't help with sweating) and tried dermatologist meds. The doctor didn't have insurance so I couldn't afford to go back but the meds they gave me seemed to help but they made my mouth so incredibly dry I could barely speak for days after taking the pills. So now I only carry fans with me. I've tried many, many pocket fans and they are usually cheap and break quickly. But this fan if different. That is amazing! Powerful airflow, how long it holds a charge (and you can use it as a portable phone charger) and durability are great. This is by far the BEST FAN I've ever used!
