Review on JCBIZ 54X40Mm Reducing Vibration Equipment by Michael Keitt

Just got back from a trip tonight and a couple of these hooks are tired and bent. I used to attach a cargo net to tie down supply crates. When I went to retrieve an item from one of the crates under the cargo net, the net in that corner was disabled. Didn't realize why, thought I forgot to hook it. When I finished removing my item I put the lid back on the box and went to re-hook the net to tie the fastening down and it shot and hit me in the face. Then I took a closer look and realized I hadn't actually forgotten to put the hook/net back on, but the hook wouldn't stay on the hook because it was twisted almost 70% degrees. I've seen another one similar. We'll check everything tomorrow in daylight. Apparently very soft material and they get tired. I wouldn't even dare hang a pair of shoes on it. I suspect that after a few days they will bend and the shoe will slip off the hook. Someone once told me that cheap is not good and good is not cheap. Most of the time that's true. These hooks can cost 100 times more. For example, if something was lost on the way or the item was damaged by being unhooked prematurely. From good to bad design, they were jumbled together. Lesson learned.
