Runs Small, if you are a 14 buy an 18.
This is a nice dress, just make sure to get two sizes bigger, I am a 14 and bought a 16, its tight like a tube of toothpaste and especially around the shoulders. Most of the dress has some give, but the shoulders do not. If you are a 14 get an 18. Also, get a body shaper to smooth those curves because this dress is clingy and everything will show (especially if its too small). Once I put the body shaper on it made it look nice and doable as least long enough for pictures. The boob cups are easily removed, they were attached a bit too high and unless you do not plan to wear a bra they are unnecessary padding.
