They're not perfect, but they're very close. I didn't have weathermats, but they seem pretty damn good. They didn't fit like gloves at first but it was tight on my 2007 Dodge Ram 2500, but after a few days they started to snap and were really good for corners and turns. They hold water very well and plenty! Whenever a job was done on my truck and the shop forgot to reconnect the sunroof drain, they would just leave it hanging off the dash which meant the water would drip straight onto the driver's side floor panel, although I'm not quite sure that I would fight mold. and mold for the rest of the truck's life. If you are not satisfied with the price of the floor mats, I say go ahead and press them, they are very durable and easy to clean. If you bought POS mats from your local auto parts store, you will not regret your purchase and you will never go back to POS mats again!
