No glue for radiators!
The heatsinks had no adhesive and were not shipped separately. Thermally conductive double-sided tape is usually hard to find, so that's a problem. Although I have thermal pastes, they don't work for this application. The dampers look good - I'll add a comment if I have trouble with them.
