I bought this hoping it would be halfway decent. I tell you all the quality of these mugs is exactly the same as the spa my friend works at. (I can't afford their prices though). This is great stuff and I promise you will get results. I recently lost 60 pounds and have had bags of sagging skin on my inner thighs. I bought Ross' cellulite lotion for six bucks. I did that and it really worked. I put the rice paddle in the microwave for two and a half minutes. I lie on my side and place it on the sagging part of my thigh for five minutes. I get up and apply a generous amount of anti-cellulite lotion to him. I then take this large, sturdy cup and push it in at the top and place it on my thigh to make sure I get good strong suction. Then I start moving it up and down my thigh. The cup sticks to my thigh, pulling together skin, tissue, and any fat that remains beneath the surface. It hurt a little to be honest, but nothing I couldn't take. I do this on each thigh for about 3-5 minutes. Let me tell you it's worth it because I'm not kidding, my skin is much tighter and I no longer have those bags. I still have a few waves, but they're only noticeable when I'm looking at a certain angle in shorts. Is it a miracle No, it's 15-20 minutes work three times a week and some pain. I could cry I'm so happy because I thought I would look so sexy after losing weight but then I had these bags and it made me shy during intimacy with my husband. He didn't care and he told me, but I didn't care so I did it hoping it would help and it did. If nothing else, I hope what I've done can help and work for someone else. Oh, sometimes when I don't feel like heating a bag of rice. I just lay between my legs with a heating pad and then use lotion and cups. I am not a doctor or specialist, so I do not give medical advice. I'm just using my common sense. If the heat of exercise burns fat, then my Suction Cup Rice Warmer should do the same. I guess I do the same thing on my stomach where I still have quite a bit of fat that walking can't get rid of and I'm too lazy to do squats and all that good stuff so I apply the same warming method, lotion and a cup on the lower abdomen and it burns slowly. Hooray for me! ππππππππππ No diet pills needed.
