My pump never reached me. I contacted the seller and although they weren't they immediately sent me a new one and made me feel important as a buyer and as a person. I will definitely buy from this seller again! The pump is pretty simple and pretty cool. I haven't used a hand pump in about 15 years, so I'm used to the one where a small needle without a guard connects directly to the pump and keeps breaking, bending, or falling out. Not this one! With a small piece of the valve cap, it secures the needle and still holds it in place without having to worry about breaking it. Again, this pump is simple, straightforward, and just what I was looking for.
