I like that it helps me find work while also helping them with scheduling, so i don't have to be at home waiting for calls all day! it is easy enough for people who just want part-time jobs but still need help managing schedules as well. It has been good working together because we both benefit from this service. The main problem or issue would probably be finding more than one job per week in my area through using sumoshift only sometimes works out depending upon how many available shifts there are each month. We can use this app to schedule our days off as needed too which makes things easier if you're trying to plan your time around other commitments/obligations (such as kids' sports).
