Although HE3D may take pleasure in being the industry standard for 3D printers and additive manufacturing products, they don't appear to have made any investments in their customer support. I was dissatisfied with their representatives' lack of professionalism and lack of answer to my questions as a subject matter expert. Sure, their equipment is state-of-the-art, but what good is it if they can't support it adequately? If HE3D wants to remain competitive, they must put customer service first.
