Now that I've gotten a replacement I can't really complain about the case in general, but first of all how it got to such a state. Both photos show the damage inflicted on him. either before packaging or during production. My question is how did it pass inspection and sell? No actual damage due to packaging or obvious for that matter so how is that possible? Hopefully the replacement isn't the same and I'll change my rating if necessary, but it still doesn't make sense.
