These are very high quality, sturdy tables that have very clever concealed bolts that hold the assembly together. The finish is a beautiful rich gold exactly as shown in the description photos.A tip for assembling them: 1. assemble the frame parts but don't fully tighten the bolts, 2. put the glass surfaces in, flexing the parts as needed until they comfortably hold the glass, 3. fully tighten the bolts that you can reach, 4. remove the glass, 5. fully tighten the remaining bolts some of which require you to turn the piece over, 6. put the glass in to complete the assembly.Note: We bought a 3-piece set of these: coffee table, end table, and console table. That's why I've posted the same review for all 3 products.
