The ability for users from multiple locations around Australia can log into one account which allows us more flexibility in terms of staff availability during working hours as we're not limited by geography - this is fantastic! We have had some issues when using our mobile devices but these were resolved quickly once notified (thanks!). I'm sure there are many ways it could be improved however they do keep improving their service so maybe something has changed recently? As mentioned above though, no real downsides yet - everything seems very good about Kenpresense's services overall. Being able to access content via different platforms/devices makes life easier than having separate accounts set up across all those channels.
