The ability for users from multiple locations around Australia can log into one account which allows us more flexibility in terms of staff availability during working hours as we're not limited by geography - this is fantastic! The ability to set up social media posts automatically, which reduces a lot of overhead. Very easy-to-use and powerful tool. So far everything looks and works like it should. The best thing about this software is its ability for customization by allowing me create my own templates as per our requirements or even better if we need it can be customized according to us! I have used many times but i don't think there are any downsides in using kenprescence so far!!
