What a great product! Lightweight and well constructed. Fully charged, you can use it as a flashlight on your darkest walks! Be prepared for people to stop you as the color blue draws attention! It's also very visible when it's on, but you can improve that visibility by turning on the flashing mode. Recharging takes a decent 2+ hours on the same charge (more on that later). I couldn't put it on my shoulder and chest like a shoulder strap without an extension, but it fits comfortably over my clothes in my edition. According to neighbors, the reflective side is also clearly visible. When I received my original band, I found that after about 2 hours of use on the same charge (30-40 minutes of continuous use) it went from bright and Tron-like to barely noticeable. ) and contacted by email. Response was quick and responsive. They asked a few questions based on my initial comments, took full responsibility, apologized and replaced the item within days of it getting to me! This level of customer service is rare these days and it has definitely made me a repeat customer!
